Eddie Carman is a 37 year veteran at fishing rod manufacturing and an avid fisherman. As an owner and president of Biscayne Rod he offers the angling community all kinds of fishing rods. He is proud to run the company his father and grandfather started in 1948. He sees each rod through from design to shipping. Through his company he sponsors many charity fishing tournaments throughout the year and one of his favorite donations goes to the Summer School of Fish. He loves the excitement fishing can bring to a child’s life. He is a member of the Miami Sports Fishing club and frequently speaks as a guest speaker at other Florida Fishing Clubs.
Eric S. Kleinman has been practicing law since 1992, is AV rated and has been a Certified Circuit Court Mediator since 2004. Born in Ellenville, New York, Eric was valedictorian of his high school class and a cum laude graduate of the University of Rochester in 1989, with a dual major in Political Science and Psychology. In 1992, Eric graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. Before founding Kleinman & Arrizabalaga, P.A., Eric practiced law for nine (9) years at Adorno & Yoss, P.A., a large Miami based law firm.
Eric became a shareholder of that firm in 2000 where his practice focused on the representation of insurance companies on matters of insurance coverage and bad faith, and, defending insureds, self insured companies and individuals from significant personal injury and wrongful death claims.
In his current practice, Eric represents a small volume of plaintiffs and carriers/insureds in matters of property damage and personal injury. A significant amount of Eric’s time is dedicated to representing The Simon Konover Companies, including SIKON Construction. He also represents buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions and Commercial Landlords/tenants in disputes and lease negotiations. Eric’s areas of expertise include construction delay and defect litigation, construction lien litigation, construction contract negotiation/drafting, insurance coverage, product liability, automobile accident litigation, premises liability, negligent security and commercial real estate financing. Eric is a member of the Florida Bar, and authorized to practice in several Federal Courts, including, the Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. In his legal career, Eric has handled cases throughout the State of Florida, participated in hundreds of mediations as a litigator and mediator, and, tried cases for Kmart, Builders Square, Scotty’s, Winn-Dixie, insureds of Reliance Insurance Company, insureds of Hartford Insurance Company and various individuals.
Tracey Preston works for Fortune International Realty as a licensed Realtor specializing in sales and leasing of both residential and commercial properties. She has worked as a Realtor since 2003 and has been with Fortune since 2005. She markets herself as a specialist in unique properties such as marinas, boat slips, waterfront properties, as well as equestrian properties stemming from her upbringing in the hunter/jumper world.
Tracey holds a diploma from both University of Florida, in Liberal Arts and International Studies, and from University of Miami in Law and is a certified Paralegal. She has also been a Notary Public since 2008.
